New Publix policy cracks down on coupon use
Publix released its new coupon policy on Thursday, which says it will not accept coupons on smartphones. Publix also said there is a limit of eight of the same coupons per household and only one raincheck will be given at the rate of the sold out item. The restrictions come to discourage coupon overuse.
