Indian River County recyclers may soon get rewards
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ? Residents who recycle their used glass jars, newspapers, plastic bottles and other items may get to sign onto a new program this fall that uses rewards ? merchants' coupons, gift cards and other discounts ? to get them to recycle even more.
