Gifts help Central Indiana residents who have problems paying their heating bills
Area charities and corporations are helping make sure lower-income residents stay warm this winter in Indianapolis. Five donors have provided nearly $270,000 for the 2012 Winter Assistance Fund, city officials and United Way of Central Indiana leaders announced Tuesday.
