Man accused of stealing Christmas presents pleads not guilty
JACKSON COUNTY -�A Murphysboro man charged with residential burglary and theft after allegedly stealing Christmas gifts intended for children waived his right to a preliminary hearing and entered not guilty pleas in Jackson County court Thursday.
