CHESTER COUNTY Vets get holiday gifts COATESVILLE The Transportation Management Association of Chester County, Elverson Borough residents, and elected officials dropped off hundreds of holiday gifts for patients at the Coatesville Veterans Affairs Medical Center on Monday.
