Is this Britain's youngest shoplifter? Boy, THREE, caught stealing gifts from Boots with two other children under 10
A three-year-old was caught loading Christmas gifts into a bag in Boots in Wallington, south London. The child was caught with two other 10-year-olds. They were all too young to be prosecuted.
