He had the hots for her. That was Zehy Jereis' explanation Thursday for why he showered Yonkers Councilwoman Sandy Annabi with gifts, his political insight and attention. He took the witness stand at their federal corruption trial in lower Manhattan, insisting that there was never any political purpose to his largesse - he had simply fallen in love.
