Caravan comes bearing gifts for child
Matthew Garza, an 18-month-old Du Quoin boy, was onstage Wednesday for special recognition as the recipient of the Common Cents Fund, a continuous collection of pocket change from members of Wally Byam Caravan Club Inc., which is holding its International Rally at the Du Quoin State Fairgrounds.
