Motorists can exchange parking coupons from Jan 3

SINGAPORE: The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Housing & Development Board (HDB) would like to remind motorists that parking coupons which are only valid up to December 31, 2010 can no longer be used from January 1, 2011.
